Piracy Policy
Please help us stop software piracy and protect our legitimate customers. Software piracy is illegal and contrary to the values of integrity and trust which are central to our business and the software industry.
Software piracy involves the unauthorized copying, distribution or use of computer software. SoftInWay invests significant resources in the development of its software products to enhance their value for our customers.
Software piracy negatively impacts our ability to invest in new technology, delays product improvement and adversely impacts job creation. In addition to damaging SoftInWay financially, software piracy also harms our partners and customers.
Pirated software is also a serious threat to your business. Freely available pirated software may increase cybersecurity risk in your network, resulting in data and revenue loss and reputational damage.
SoftInWay takes protecting its software from being pirated very seriously. We encourage individuals who have lawfully obtained information about suspected illegal use of our software to report it. Verified reports may be eligible for a financial reward of 25% of the net monetary amount we recover from the pirate based on your report up to a maximum of $10,000. SoftInWay reserves the right to deny rewards for knowingly false reports, unsupported allegations, and malicious reporting.
Please report any piracy-related activities to legal@softinway.com.
