This position will be responsible for providing assistance in the usage of our products, as well as for leveraging knowledge and relationships to assist in growing our software business in line with our corporate vision and performance expectations. The duties include training customers promptly and effectively in order to improve our customer productivity and satisfaction with AxSTREAM® Suite. In addition, this position will include specifying requirements for improvements in the software, testing for specific applications, preparing documentations and technical write-ups, validating the tools against established test case and generating new test cases. This position should be able to support our team in identifying solutions and concepts for performing thermal fluid network design and analysis using our developed tools.

This position requires interacting with our development team across different locations on a day to day basis. The applicant must possess good understanding of the physics and principles of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, turbomachinery and thermodynamics, strong problem-solving skills, should be a quick learner with proven track record for technical excellence, practical approach, and excellent communication skills. The applicant should be able to work independently under minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fluid thermal network simulation with a Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Aerospace /Fluid and Thermal Engineering is required. Masters is preferred.
  • Has a natural ability to communicate ideas efficiently.
  • Should possess excellent communication skills and should be good in writing technical articles.

Technical Writer

SoftInWay is seeking capabilities for writing, editing and updating product documentation deliverables for our product releases. The candidate should have strong understanding of mechanical equipment/systems and technical documentation skills needed to produce topic-oriented technical content.  He / She will be responsible for creating user guides, reference material, tutorials, release notes, white papers and product documentation.   Should demonstrate and implement high-quality standard writing that strictly meet technical writing guidelines. Ensure all written work is proof-read and in compliance with contract requirements.  Provide engineering support to the technical and sales team.

Requirements:

  • Holds Masters in Engineering/Technology degree preferably in mechanical/fluid and heat transfer program.
  • Bachelor in Engineering with exceptional qualities can also be considered.

Turbomachinery Engineering Internship

Location: Bangalore, India.

Internship Type: Full Time

We are currently looking for highly motivated engineering students to intern at a fast paced, internationally growing organization. In this role, you will support global team on all steps of the turbomachinery design and analysis process.  This training internship is for a 1-3-month period, full-time. Trainee will be invited to join the company based on performance evaluations made upon completion of the internship period.
