13 additional Universities incorporate SoftInWay’s AxSTREAM EDU software into their Turbomachinery program.

Burlington, MA – SoftInWay Inc. has announced that in the last quarter, 13 thirteen additional schools have incorporated AxSTREAMTM EDU into their turbomachinery curriculum. Applications range from Turbocharger design for Automotive program, to Aerospace propulsion and Power Generation and others.

“Just to name a few, we are very excited to have University of Sevilla in Sevilla, Spain, INSA, University of Rouen in France, and the University of Johannesburg in South Africa to join our mission to advance Turbomachinery field and promote deep fundamental education. “ said SoftinWay’s Founder & CEO, Dr. Leonid Moroz. In addition to traditional course work, some schools, like INSA-Rouen for example, will also be using Axial Turbine and Centrifugal Compressor versions of AxSTREAMTM to design and analyze a helicopter engine in collaboration with Turbomeca. SoftInWay is eager to see the innovations that the universities create using the software.

In addition to seamlessly being able to integrate AxSTREAMTM turbomachinery platform into the curriculum (as well as any engineering process), participating Universities are also able leverage other resources developed specifically for students, including self-paced online courses at SoftInWay Turbomachinery University, and participating in industry and topic specific webinars and workshops, ranging from advances in SCO2 Cycle development to optimization of Gas Turbines.
