空冷式燃气轮机的设计及分析

数十年来，燃气轮机已经在包括电力、航空、国防、机车及其它众多领域扮演至关重要的角色。在这个不断追求技术进步的世界，叶轮机械开发企业面临的压力越来越大。设计具有顶级效率的燃气轮机成为了大家的终极目标。
燃气轮机的效率可以通过提高透平的点火温度来提高，然而，不能忘了很重要的一点，即接触炙热燃气的设备表面必须在安全的工作温度以下以维持机械强度及避免材料腐蚀。为了维持这一控制温度，工程师们开发了用单相燃气的内部流动换热来对透平设备进行冷却的技术。这些年来的持续技术进步已经让这项技术从单纯的光滑流道过渡至有着迥异结构和流体-表面互动的复杂几何型式。
自1999年公司成立以来，燃气轮机的设计、分析及优化一直是 SoftInWay 的技术专长之根基。如今，我们运用自己的高度集成软件平台AxSTREAM®，在全球范围内支持超过三百家企业进行叶轮机械的开发。
本次在线研讨会时长预计一小时，将向大家描述和展示包括 AxSTREAM®, AxSTREAM NET™ 和AxCYCLE™等模块的空气冷却燃气轮机的设计和分析系统（图1）。我们会向研讨会参与者简单介绍如何使用这些工具在较短的时间内开发空冷式燃气轮机。
