Engineering Team - Services Overview




SoftInWay was founded in 1999 as a consulting company, and for over 12 years has been a global provider of engineering services to everyone in need, ranging from large OEMs or Service Providers, to smaller Universities, Labs and Startup companies – no job is too small or too large.

In 2005, when our first software AxSTREAM was developed, it was developed by engineers and for engineers, with the same objectives the company was founded: how do we optimize our time and resources and create truly efficient turbomachinery, fast.

Thus, our mission has stayed true from day 1: to provide our clients with unsurpassed value in terms of quality of the design / redesign work, efficiency of the machine, delivery time, pricing, and our communication.

The engineering team possesses theoretical, academic and “in the field” experience which enables us to help every client meet the challenges of their most demanding projects.

We firmly believe that quality is a matter of attention and every project we undertake deserves our full attention.

Our Consulting Team is split into 5 groups, so that we pick at least one person from each group for each full design project or as best applies to optimize resources, project deadlines and budget for our customer. In the end, we want to be Your Right Hand.
