SoftinWay is all about 4-E - Engineering Excellence through Expertise and Experience. Over 35 percent of our employees hold Ph.D degrees and another 40 percent have MS level engineering degrees. Our total professional experience exceeds 600 years which means we have the capabilities and experience to meet and often exceed any customer challenge or problem in a fast, accurate and cost effective way.

In addition, every person in our sales team has a BS degree in Engineering as a minimum. The Engineering Services Division is staffed with experts in design, modeling and optimization of power generation equipment (gas and steam turbines, boilers, heat exchangers, etc.), process equipment (fans, compressors, pumps, etc.) and other system flow/stress scenarios including the human circulatory system. To ensure quality and productivity, our engineers use modern state-of-the-art software tools for CFD modeling , FEA , solid modeling and optimization.
