Hello! What's about accuracy of Models of Losses (MoL)? Have you any verification results?
AxSTREAM has different types MoL, it's would be helpful to learn some recomendations from You about their using in different cases.
Thank You!

The accuracy om MoL is a critical question to any Design system. All MoLs are based on an approximations of some experimental results. So MoL accuracy depends on quality of source experiments, methods of approximations and how far is particular case from scope of experiments.
Commonly used method is "models identification". It used for any method of calculation including any advanced CFD. Calculation results are compared with test data and MoL's tuning coefficients are used to adjust calculation results to experimental data. |
