离心压缩机是高度工程化的产品,应用领域极其广泛,包括航空发动机、汽车涡轮增压器、化工过程、空调、超临界二氧化碳、微型燃气轮机、军事设备冷却、鼓风机、吸尘器等等。通常而言,离心压缩机的设计基于某特定工况,然而其运行并不会仅限于该工况。事实上有些设备很少运行在设计点,这使得非设计工况性能在这些情况下更为重要。那么问题来了,想要在更宽的工作范围内优化离心压缩机设计,要考虑哪些因素呢?Centrifugal Compressor
