非设计工况下蒸汽轮机流道和汽封的细节化模拟

汽轮机运行很大程度上依赖于转子的热状态。尤其是启动时,不同部件受热状态不均,情况尤其严重。只有通过对汽机各组件精确的热状态计算,才能合理设计结构并选择启动模式来保证在不同操作模式下不会损坏元件。要做这样的计算,汽机流道内和汽封的边界条件都需要知道。而要对非设计工况进行高精度计算是非常困难的。

例如,透平计算时应当把最后几级的风阻考虑进去。在汽封内的蒸汽流动会改变方向,汽封调节器会改变流动格局,不同的部位还可能发生阻塞。

而且,透平内部和汽封内部的蒸汽参数是互联的。透平流道内蒸汽参数会影响通过汽封的泄漏量,而泄漏反过来会影响流道参数。因此,计算的过程必然需要迭代,并且是自动迭代。

为了解决这个问题,SoftInWay把变工况流道的计算和泄漏的一维计算组合到迭代中。既能计算泄漏质量流量以及每个点的参数,也为计算转子热状态提供了边界条件。

本在线研讨会将演示如何做一个30MW汽轮机流道和汽封的联合计算。
