SoftInWay is in the process of updating the website and has changed the visitor access policy.

New Visitor Access Policy:

User center is for registered users with active Tech Support subscriptions or who are in the current evaluation process. Visitors center is open to all registered users.

Old logins do not work now. To log into either portal, you can continue to use your Email ID and Access Code. If you don't have access code, you can use old password as access code.
